The Human Skills Index for Workforces
Which of your people can adapt to the next 18 months, and which roles can AI cover?
The Employer Skills Audit measures the 8 human capabilities AI cannot replace across every role in your organisation. Board-ready reporting in weeks, not quarters.
Validated with 630+ students. NPS 69. Aligned with CBI, OECD, WEF, DfE, MIT Sloan and Skills England frameworks.
Why now
The next 18 months will reshape every workforce in the UK
AI is absorbing routine cognitive work. Macro conditions are squeezing margins. Boards are asking sharper questions about workforce resilience. You cannot answer them with a training budget spreadsheet.
AI displacement is uneven
Some roles in your organisation are already being absorbed. Others are becoming more human, not less. You need role-level visibility to plan either way.
Adaptive capacity is the new signal
CV keywords and performance reviews do not tell you who can thrive through change. The Human Skills Index does. Measure adaptive capacity directly.
Boards want evidence
"We're investing in L&D" no longer satisfies governance. Audit committees want a defensible view of workforce risk and capability. The HSI gives you one.

Common questions
How is this different from a personality test or 360 review?
Personality tests measure traits. 360s measure perception. The HSI measures applied capability against standardised, framework-aligned criteria. Your board will recognise the frameworks. The output is a quantified score, not a description.
Do our employees need to prepare anything?
No. The assessment is designed to measure authentic capability, not memorised knowledge. Employees complete it during work time in 25 to 40 minutes. We provide a pre-assessment briefing document you can share.
How is the data used and protected?
Your data is yours. We process it under UK GDPR and a signed DPA. Employees see their own individual reports. You see aggregate, department and role-level views. We use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the Human Skills Index dataset, with a full opt-out available.
Can this integrate with our HRIS or LMS?
Enterprise and Enterprise Plus tiers include integration support. We have existing connectors for common HRIS and LMS platforms and can build bespoke integrations for larger deployments. See integration partnerships for detail.
What if we want to re-audit more than quarterly?
Growth tiers and above can trigger re-audits at any cadence. Monthly audits are common during restructures, post-acquisition integration or major change programmes. Annual audits are standard for stable workforces.
